This place is good, and has everything I need like air conditioning, Wi-Fi in rooms, and a cozy lounge area. The staff even returned my forgotten headphones. I highly recommend staying here for a holiday.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and stylish, had magnificent views of the sea. The whole room was freshly cleaned and soundproof and had central heating, a safe, and multi-channel TV. Everything was perfect and the staff were polite and incredibly nice.
The hotel staff was very strange.

An iron with ironing board, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels available in the deluxe room. Marvellous and incredible location, at a medium distance from an enormous palace.
Beds were very uncomfortable.

The helpful staff provided excellent service, even arranging my airport transfer during late hours. The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes from major attractions, and the homemade yogurt at breakfast was a good touch. The room was smaller than expected, and I faced issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity. Some maintenance could enhance the overall experience, especially regarding the cleanliness in common areas.

Furniture in room was a bit dowdy but at least it was wooden and not plastic!

We stayed with my husband for 2 nights. We 1st booked delux room but on arrival were upgraded to blue mosque corner room, which was really nice. The breakfast was on the same floor and could be taken on a small veranda on the roof. The view is gorgeous! Bosphorus and Blue Mosque - very near. That was very romantic. :) The staff is great and helpful. And I know what I am talking about - as I travel rather often to different European countries. The hospitality here is the best! And - good wi fi Internet - this is really important for us. And- the place is quiet, the calling for the prayers did not disturb at all. They add local coloring to your stay.
Everything was nice. Though I would like my room to be darker at night - the thick curtains to cover all windows would be helpful. Also tea/coffee set would be nice in room.
